Senior Manager – International Grocery Retail and Food Service

You’ll be the powerhouse behind game-changing projects, you’ll take our trailblazing grocery retail business – a £110m RSV brand in the UK – into new territories around the world, whilst spearheading priority projects to bring ‘’great pizza to those on move’’ and drive explosive growth for a brand that’s hungry to innovate and ready to lead.
We’re on the lookout for an entrepreneurial savvy go-getter with the commercial gravitas to lead the charge on these high visibility projects. You’ll own our product range, have a seat at the table to shape how it evolves, and have the freedom to get out there and make big things happen. The sky is the limit! Got a knack for numbers and a flair for food? Perfect. We need someone who can blend data-driven insights with creative product thinking to shape winning ranges and strategies.
What you’ll be doing:
Full accountability for the PEX international grocery retail business; working alongside manufacturing and sales agent partners to maximise potential in existing, and new territories.
Responsible for developing and implementing a wholistic food service strategy, identifying the right partners and propositions to reach consumers in new consumption moments
Establish and manage tailored supply chain solutions in collaboration with distributors, buying groups, and manufacturers
Utilize data driven commercial insights to build and optimise range propositions, working in partnership with PEX food team to deliver product range evolution
Own end-to-end P&L management, delivering sales and profit targets to—and beyond—expectations
Lead all aspects of key account management, including negotiating brand partnerships and joint business plans with key customers
Oversee supply chain and distribution operations, including stock management and order fulfilment.
What you’ll need:
A genuine entrepreneurial flair, an ability to hustle to make big things happen
Commercial gravitas and rigor gained through extensive experience selling goods, a solid consumer goods background
Successful track record of unlocking significant new business through a wide variety of client
Strong skills in sales, negotiation, business planning, forecasting, and category management
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Desirable: Experience in food service with a network of clients in aviation, travel, and café sectors
Desirable: International retail experience.
