Join our Finance team as the Cash Lead – Projects and play a key role in launching a new tabletop tender (Kate Media) across our restaurants. You’ll design and embed robust processes, ensure accurate daily reconciliation, and support operational teams through the pilot and beyond.
What you’ll do
- Create and implement end‑to‑end Branch Cash processes and controls for the pilot
- Maintain accurate reporting, compliance, and trend tracking
- Partner with senior stakeholders and external providers to support the rollout
- Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend fixes
- Translate pilot findings into clear BAU processes for future adoption
What you’ll need
- Strong financial controls experience and basic accounting knowledge
- Great Excel skills and sharp attention to detail
- Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to work independently
