Branch Cash Administrator

Join our Branch Cash team and support the trial of a new tender type (Kate Media). You’ll help keep our daily reconciliations accurate, investigate discrepancies, and ensure strong financial controls while working closely with the Cash Lead – Projects.

What you’ll do

• Support accurate reporting, compliance checks and trend tracking during the trial
• Investigate discrepancies linked to the new tender type and identify root causes
• Escalate issues and recommend corrective actions
• Provide analytical and operational support to the Cash Lead – Projects

What you’ll need

• A proactive, curious approach with strong attention to detail
• Good Excel skills and accurate data entry
• Strong organisation and time‑management skills
• Confident communication and the ability to work cross‑functionally
• Basic accounting knowledge (VAT and double‑entry)
