What you’ll be doing
As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll be at the core of a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen, preparing and cooking food quickly, accurately, and to a consistently high standard. You’ll work across stations to keep service moving during busy periods, supporting speed of service while maintaining food safety, quality, and great teamwork.
· Preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items quickly and accurately during peak service
· Working efficiently across kitchen stations to maintain pace, flow, and consistency
· Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times
· Supporting fast turnaround through effective prep, stock rotation, and organisation
· Setting up and closing down the kitchen to ensure continuous readiness for service
· Keeping kitchen areas clean, stocked, and service‑ready throughout the shift
· Working as One Team in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
