Cashbook Assistant

The role of Cashbook Assistant sits within our Finance Department, reporting into the Financial Accountant and is based in our Uxbridge offices.

You will be responsible for ensuring all bank transactions are accurately reflected and posted in a timely manner, period end accounting, production and reconciliation of assigned control accounts as well as Handling cheques and making BACS/CHAPS payments for the Company

We are looking for someone who works well in a team and will thrive in a small but close knit environment. You’ll be happy to help out your colleagues as and when required and also to carry out additional tasks such as taking responsibility for refund reconciliations or looking after non confirmed transactions that may occur.
