Digital Product Lead

We’re seeking a visionary Digital Product Lead to drive high-impact initiatives that deliver real business value. In this role, you’ll own the digital product roadmap defining priorities, building business cases, and aligning strategy with commercial goals.

As a key bridge between tech and business, you’ll lead with insight and innovation, leveraging emerging technologies like AI for synthetic user research and agentic code creation. Your mission is to craft exceptional digital experiences that delight customers and fuel growth.

What to expect in the role:

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market opportunities. 
• Act as the primary commercial liaison for digital products, gathering requirements from stakeholders, managing expectations, and communicating product value effectively across the organisation. 
• Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, utilizing agile methodologies and a data-first approach to product development. 
• Champion the use of advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to understand user behaviour, identify market trends, and inform product decisions. 
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and efficient delivery. Work with design teams to create exceptional user experiences. 
• Monitor product performance against key metrics, conducting post-launch analysis and iterating on products to achieve desired business outcomes. 

What you’ll already have:

• Proven experience as a Digital Product leader or similar role, with a strong track record of launching successful digital products. 
• Deep understanding of product management principles, agile methodologies, and lean startup concepts. 
• Experience in translating complex business problems into clear product specifications and user stories. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 
• Demonstrated leadership in fostering cross-functional collaboration and building high-performing product teams. and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
